Gold Club

Gold Club is a club consisting of about 70.000 people. One of the reasons why I'm promoting their website is that I love it there! Why I love it there? Because I'm also member of some surfprograms (they pay you for being online and watching their ads), but I don't like those very much anymore. MLM, Multi Level Marketing (or sometimes called Network Marketing), was invented several decades ago. Simply it is a method for selling products or services in large scale by hiring the customers as promotors and distributors. A satisfied customer is also a good salesman. To sell the product or service, the salesman first of all tries to sell it to his friends. That is often the easiest, since they trust him and believe what he tells them. If he says that he uses the product often and that it is really useful, they will probably buy it. Now our salesman asks his friends, "would you like to sell these products too, and earn some extra money?" They think that the product is great, and that they probably can sell it without problem, so they join. Our first salesman have now recruited new people, or sponsored them as it is called. The sponsoring is very important in MLM to gain new customers and salesmen, because when you join as a distributor or promotor you often have to buy the product too on a regular basis. This is re-generating the income for the company and for the sponsors. Let's say that our first salesman sponsored three of his friends. They are then placed under him in a tree structure called the downline. Now the nice thing about this, is that whenever these three friends sell the product, not only do they get commissions, but our first salesman does, too! This way, our first person can earn a lot of money from the work done by other people once he has recruited enough people. This is the fantastic thing about MLM. You can really make money while you are asleep! And now, let's say that each of the three friends sponsor three of their friends. The downline for the first person would then expand to nine people on his second level. Suddenly he is getting revenue from a total of 12 people selling the product. And if it is expanded one, two or let's say three levels additionally he would have totally 2469 people in his downline. If each person sold products for $200 in one month and commissions would be 20% on level 5, then our first person would make about $100.000! So, actually, his major income would not longer come from the selling of the product but from other people's work! But let's pretend that this perfect scenario did not turn out as it did. What if our first person succeeded in recruiting a friend to the company, but this friend failed to sell anything or recruit anybody because he did not have the same skill? He would probably get un-motivated and quit, because his dreams about being rich was shattered. Now this is an important key to MLM success (but rarely happens): When our first person has recruited his friend, he must help him succeed. He must give his friend any advise he has, every useful tool for success at his disposal and make every possible effort to teach his friend how to succeed. Otherwise, the friend will quit, our first person will not get a 2469 person downline, and he will not make the "big bucks"!
